No worries about the strength of the Witch Hazel in this toner concerning my rosacea. Lightly sprayed a cotton pad and thoroughly hydrated my face, neck and décolletage. Such a lovely fragranced fresh all over feeling, without the feeling of being wet. This is a soothing and gentle toner for sure!
